Cooking Classes at the Claremont Inn These are full hands-on participation classes where everyone gets into the act. We start off with a discussion of the techniques and ingredients we will be using for the day - next we review the recipes for each dish and then the fun begins - as everyone puts on an apron and goes to work in the Claremont Kitchen preparing a wonderful dinner. Each class will prepare a full menu - appetizers. salad, entree, dessert and a bread... plus we will taste some wines paired to match our food selections.
